This month I was assigned to Brittany's blog, We Heart Vegan. I was intrigued looking through her recipes since I'm not familiar with vegan foods. I was tempted by Spicy Sweet Potato Fries, Vegan Enchiladas with a Creamy Pumpkin Sauce, and Cookies 'n Cream Cupcakes, I chose this recipe.
I am all about pumpkin everything during these fall days! I'll take any opportunity I can to eat something pumpkin flavored!
Crazy thing is, I used to think I didn't love pumpkin. I'm not big on pumpkin pie actually, but I tend to like most other things pumpkin-flavored.
This dip was no exception. Creamy, a bit sweet, and that comforting pumpkin flavor.

I'm not a big pumpkin pie lover either but I love other pumpkin recipes. This looks wonderful. And I would actually eat apples if I could dip them in that! =o) YUM

This recipe looks delicious.
I can just imagine how tasty this would be on a slice of fresh apple. Delish. Glad to be part of SRC group C with you.
Love simple sweet dips like this- sounds great!
I'm not alone! You made me so happy saying you don't like pumpkin pie but like other pumpkin baked goods. I thought I was the only one like that! Now I can tell people that I may be a freak, but I'm not the only one. ha!
...fine... I'll make this... If I have to... And by "have to" I mean, "heck yeah I wanna make this! AMAZING!"
For reals - love this. I'm like you - Pumpkin = good and I'll get all up on that like you wouldn't believe (at least as long as it lasts).
Happy Autumn & Happy SRC reveal fellow Group C SRC'er!
